Not vibing with your new bandana or belt? You can request an exchange within 15 days from when your package arrives. Just make sure the item is unused, in its original condition, with all tags and packaging still attached. Let us know, and we’ll help you find a piece that’s totally you.
When We Can’t Say Yes to a Return
To keep things fair, we might have to pass on a refund or exchange if:
- The item’s been worn, damaged, or isn’t in its original state.
- Tags or packaging are missing.
- Your request comes after the 15-day window.
- It’s a clearance item marked as non-returnable.

Step 2: We’ll send you a return authorization number and shipping instructions within 24 hours.
Step 3: Pack your item securely in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
